NOVEMBER
Well, it’s November, which means NaNoWriMo has begun. The library is participating as a Come Write In location, and we’re offering a few writing programs to help spur our local writers.
I’m also a huge fan of Robert Lee Brewer’s Poem a Day Chapbook Challenge that he hosts a few times a year on his Poetic Asides blog. Each day is a new prompt and he solicits submission of manuscripts based on the poems people write in response (see the details here). November is one of those months when he adds prompts daily.
On top of that (in case, that’s not enough poetry prompting…) you can keep coming back here for a weekly prompt, too.
Happy writing!
